Wow. It's a mess. There are three things you have to really make a bridge that can be good: 1) Make the minimum number of cards allowed (60 in most cases) 2) Make 33-40% of the land, while almost all the short bridge tournament sizes of 40% or more hair. 3) Each card is placed on your deck, run four copies of it, unless to be an inspector, the legendary, or 5 + mana costs in this case, three copies you want. As for your deck, it really looks great takes about 7 reinforcements, took all white and blue, and threw all without thinking about how they fit together.
