Do any of you out there have a self-destructive personality?

Give me a definition of this if anyone can. I have been told this many times and I guess people are trying to sound tactful when they use terms to describe me such as “jaded”. Just because I spend lots of time at work and I blow obscene amounts of money on partying and booze, why does this make me self-destructive. I am going to die one day anyhow so I figure I might as well live it up now. I will have plenty of time to be laid back when I am 6 feet under.

Destruction = cause and means of destroying= thus you are destroying yourself= self -destructive personality ! Oh yes you will have plenty of time to be laid back and it may come sooner than you think. My sister sounded so much like you and she really burned the candle at both ends. She died at age 38 . Guess she though because she wasn’t old she could get buy with it. I tried everything to help her but you know what–you have to want to help yourself and she didn’t. I say good luck to you and I hope you can slow your life down some. I’ll keep you in my thoughts.
