How to pronounce jade in arabic?

The word is translated as اليشم, but I have no idea of how to pronounce it. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Well اليشم is pronounced “Al- yashm”
The second answer is quite right but the first two letters”from right to left” are pronounced” Al “not il ,and she’s right ,it means the .
I think she didn’t make attention that this is MSA “Modern Standard Arabic” not the dialect .Because in some Arabic dialects it’s pronounced” il-yashm”.Also the “sh” sound as in fish .
