Stop the Bracelet from falling to my wrist!!!?

I’ve been wearing a jade bracelet for years and it means a lot to me. I’m going into a profession where I can’t have it clunking around my wrist but there is NO way it will come off my hand. I don’t want to use rubber bands, is there anything a little more attractive but the same kind of idea that I can use to keep this “part of me” bracelet from moving around during working hours? Ideas?
