In my fantasy team, should I swap Adebayor for Defoe?

Adebayor is a bit jaded, and Defore is scoring for fun atm.
Should I take the risk (I am 100 points clear of my nearest rival in the league)?

yep because Portsmouth have got easy games,Defoe is Cup-tied for the FA CUP,so hes fresh,fit for the league games to bang them in..
whereas Arsenal got hard league games,aswell Champ league games,Adebayor could easily get injured,or sent off resulting in ban,plus he’s lost his touch for the moment..
