What kind of dress to wear and where to get it cheap?

My boyfriend’s coming for winter formal and we want to wear green. I have dark tan skin (Filipino) and medium short dark brown hair. I am thin and tall. I was also thinking a dark jade green (not too dark) shade? I don’t know where to get a green dress under $80! I really need your help:( I don’t want to get a dress online though, because of the fitting and everything. Thank you sooo much!:)
