My jade plant is shedding a lot. Should I be worried?

I have had a jade plant for about a year now. I don’t keep in in direct sun and I water it once every other week. It is green but some of the leaves are shedding off more than any other time. What am I doing wrong?

probably has white flies. is so mix a few drops of dishwashing liquid with a little hot sauce in a spray bottle with water. also good for aphids and any soft bodied insect that is
on ornamentals or vegetables. safe and economical
