Fitness dvds?!? plz help!?!!?
Hi im going to buy a fitness dvd, i have bough jade’s new one, charlie brookes, davina but i cant ‘get into them as such’ so i have shortlisted three dvd’s i may buy; Hollyoaks Dance Workout, Big Brother Workouts( jade (older one), Helen and Nadia – 3 in 1 dvd boxset) or Claire Sweeney . i dont want anyone thinking of the prices it will cost id justv like the help of chosing one for the quality of it. i would love to here form anyone who has tried these workouts and their results or anyone u know!?! thanx. i am currently a size 16 and around 15 stone and 5ft 7 or so. plz help, thanx
i say work out at the gym its better to get the workout within a class setting.. ya know.. i take work out step classes and love it than doing it at home. you tend to eat..
