I’m not religious but somewhat spiritual. I use simmering granules for relaxation which helps. I’m getting some Chakra stones and thinking of learning Reiki
I also have one of those happy buddah figurines.
What other ways are there to get positive energy and peace of mind?
I had a sweet friend awhile back with your name. Prayers for good things like Gods Kingdom and comfort and wisdom. Consider repenting in the name of Jesus…buddha is dead and praying to rocks wont help.
