i went surfing all yesterday and half of today and theres a rash on my inner thighs and it hurts rle bad…what should i do…i wanna go back in the ocean tomorro

wear a wetsuit. should stop the chafing. and for the pain maybe some aloe or something? i dont know there’s probably some ointment you could buy
