Anyone have a good simple recipe for sea scallops?
for scallop appy about 3 per person or supper 6 per person:
Large sea scallops out of their shell and cleaned by your fish shop.
Wash them and pat them dry.
Salt & pepper
Dust lightly with Wondra flour
Heat your favorite oil in a pan until hot, almost smokey.
Place your scallops and shake pan. Turn them so they may get golden brown on both sides. Usually takes about 2-3 minutes per side.
Remove to hot plate.
Lower heat to medium, place one tablespoon of butter and squeeze a half of fresh lemon and two tablespoons of white wine.
Add fresh chopped parsley and pour this wonderful sauce over the cooked scallops.
