This is your hour -creep upon it!
summon your power, leap upon it!
Grasp it,clasp it, hold it tight!
strike it, spike it, with full might!
if you take too long to ponder,
opportunity might wander.
climb out, climb up, climb on higher!
fumble,tumble, risk a tumble!
pluck and grit will find out how.
preserve although you tire-
while a spark is left, there;s fire.
distrust doubt; doubt is a liar.
even it all mankind jeer you
you can force the world to cheer you

First thing was that I think the line should be, “even if all mankind jeer you” and “what does that to the poem. Try to write more carefully. You’re asking others to help you and you have no regard about whether they have to struggle to understand what you mean. Why should they?
