Comcast's standard cable in Daly City, CA – still TVB / Jade Channel (Channel 68)?

I am a subscriber to Comcast's standard cable (not digital) Daly City, and I was able to receive Channel 68 – TVB / Jade Channel – every night from 6 pm to midnight. But after two nights ago, I stopped receiving the signal from this channel. Does anyone know if Comcast has withdrawn from the standard range of cable?
